It’s no secret that I love to give gifts, make people feel special, loved and spoil them in any way I can! If you haven’t already seen the beautiful Gift Bags I was able to put together for my bridesmaids make sure you check them out … I also wanted to give my girls – who are my rocks, a little something extra to help make a special day for me a little extra special for them.

Cue Doie Lounge Robes …

I fell in love with these robes long before I was searching for them. Kym Douglas featured these gorgeous robes in one of her segments on Home & Family and knew that I had to get them for my girls – I loved them so much that i even had to get one for myself!!! If you take a look at their beautiful website I just love everything about them, the designs and images are all so beautiful. It captures the essence of a bohemian bride and our wedding theme of rustic chic!

Designer Sara Kirsner was a 12-time bridesmaid (yes, really!), she knows a thing or two about bridesmaid gifts! Doie Lounge was born, in part, from the idea that these glamorous, comfortable robes make the perfect gift for a bride to give to her maids and I completely agree!

Each robe is made from the highest quality, earth-friendly fabrics, and is produced in Los Angeles, CA. Doie is named after designer Sara Kirsner’s grandmother, who even in her 90s was always impeccably dressed, glamorous, and had an enviable confidence – a true style icon, which reminds me so much of my own Grandmother, who is 93 and ALWAYS looks so glamorous still! Sara also draws inspiration from nature as well as all things Japanese.

I personalized each of the bridesmaids robes with a little bling and added their initial to the front just to add a little something extra … you know I can’t resist a DIY. They were the BEST gift for the day of the wedding. It gave the girls something beautiful to wear while being made beautiful by some of the best in the biz and they are soooo ridiculously comfortable. Seriously, there was a lot of down time the day of the wedding and we were all more than happy to Doie Lounge around together and enjoy some girl time!
