Chocolate Football Strawberries
You Will Need:
- strawberries
Dark Chocolate – Raw Blend Recipe
- 1 cacao butter (melt and measured after melting)
- 3/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 3/4 cup raw agave nectar or liquid sweetener or choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
White Chocolate – Raw Blend Recipe
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup almond butter (slightly warmed)
- 2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
How To:
Dark Chocolate
- Cut raw cacao butter into small chunks. Melt over a double broiler.
- Stir remaining ingredients into melted cacao butter. Whisk until smooth. If it starts to cool down just place it over a low heat again.
White Chocolate
- Combine the coconut oil, almond butter, shredded coconut and rice malt syrup in a bowl.
- Allow to cool a little to make the chocolate easier to manipulate.
Covered Strawberries
- Dip strawberry into dark chocolate about 2/3 of the way.
- Place in the fridge and allow dark chocolate to set.
- Using a squeeze bottle or cake decorating bag add your white chocolate mix and paint football stitch onto the strawberries.
- Place in fridge and allow chocolate to set, serve chilled.
TUFF TIP: Keep your Chocolate Strawberries refrigerated right up until you are ready to serve them. They taste so yummy cold and fresh.
XOXO,
Paige
