Fall Season is in full swing! Pumpkin patches are open, Thanksgiving decorations fill the isles of all our favourite stores and the weather is starting to cool off … well, everywhere except for Cali that is!
I love the fall … the colours and smells, maybe it’s because I was born in the fall? Well in Australia that is, (you know the seasons are polar opposites right?) One of my favourite things about being over here for the fall is the smell of things like pine cones, cinnamon, spices and apple cider that seems to fill the air everywhere you go. It’s so festive, it fills me with hope and gratitude and it also makes me feel a little homesick for my family and friends back in Oz.
With the smell of apple cider in the air I started thinking … how amazing an Apple Spice Smoothie would be. So, I got in the kitchen and cranked up the blender!
Now this recipe is not only delicious but it’s also really good for you. So if you didn’t know that an apple a day could potentially keep the doctor away, you should check out my blog An Apple a Day on the Raw Blend ‘A Healthy Mix for Life’ BLOG, It will have you bobbing for apples!
