With a growing number of Vegetarians, Vegans and Raw Foodies out there, we are more aware of the relationship between human beings and animals, our amazing body capabilities and what we need to maintain a healthy mind, body and soul.

Protein is one of those important substances that our bodies need to be a smooth operator. Protein becomes hormones, enzymes and antibodies that help our body to maintain functionality as well as rebuild and regenerate. But, on the contrary to what some people think … you DON’T have to ‘have a cow man’ to get your daily does of protein. There are plenty of fantastic and delicious alternatives out there. You just have to know where to look!

Now, you all know that I would NEVER tell anyone how to eat – my message is to eat intuitively and know what works for you and your body. So … I’m helping my friends out (thats you) and I’ve put together a list of some of MY favourite MEAT FREE Protein Sources! Just incase you’re interested …
